Staff from Macklin Care Homes gathered together in the Malone Lodge Hotel on a number of autumnal days to celebrate their sterling effort in living the core values which encapsulate the culture in the Homes.
With laughs and sweets aplenty, there were activities, t-shirts, games and the occasional bit of work as staff learned more about the Mission, Vision and Values of Macklin Care Homes and how the exceptional care that they provide to our residents is greatly appreciated not only by the residents but by the Company.
As you can see from the picture, we had wonderful, colourful t-shirt’s made that all connected each member of staff. Getting to know staff from other Homes was the order of the day and the camaraderie in the room was fantastic, with closing comments from staff citing that it was a brilliant day, very informative and left them feeling valued and excited about future developments in the Homes.
By the end of the day, one thing was very clear…we all care with heart!
