FAQs
How do I choose the right care home for my relative?
The best way to choose is to visit our homes in person and see them for yourself. We’re more than be happy to show you around and talk through how we care for residents, so you can feel confident in your decision.
How do I become a resident?
After visiting the home of your choice, you will liaise with your social worker and our Care Manager to make the necessary arrangements. Your relative will then be added to our waiting list until a suitable place becomes available. If you would like to discuss the admissions process in more detail, please contact us.
What are the fees?
Care fees can vary depending on individual circumstances. To discuss fees, please contact us directly, or speak with your Care Manager or social worker.
What facilities are on offer?
We provide a range of facilities designed to support comfort, wellbeing and daily life. Further details can be found in our Information guide.
What if I have a concern?
We encourage you to raise any concerns as soon as possible so they can be addressed and resolved promptly. More information can be found in our Raising Concerns section.
