Forget about the Von Trap Family its all about the McLaughlins at Ratheane Care Home, Coleraine! William Mc Laughlin (98) has been entertaining residents for 30 years at Ratheane Care Home, Coleraine. He enjoyed his time at Ratheane so much that he is now a resident here!
His daughter Anne was coming in to perform some music with one of her brothers when three other brothers arrived to visit their Father and a great impromptu music session occurred.
All the residents loved it and the atmosphere was electric. The residents love the music of the McLaughlin’s but everyone could tell that this was something special
William has nine children and he had five of them gathered together for this performance. We all know how hard it is to get everyone together at the one time so it was a great occasion. A special thank you to the McLaughlin family
