Easter Egg Hunting at Leabank!

3rd April 2018

Our residents at Leabank spent the Easter holidays making fabulous Easter bonnets and taking part in Easter egg hunts. Activities Therapist Patricia McQuillan organised the festivities and devised a list of clues for our residents to find the chocolate prizes. The hunt started off at the Easter display in the lobby and our residents got a helping hand from our enthusiastic team members.

Clues like ‘clock in for hens’ brought the residents to the staff clock in machine which was surrounded by chocolate eggs. The clue ‘post your Easter cards’ brought the residents to the Home post box, which was also surrounded by crème egg delights!

After all the fun and thrills from the hunt had ended, everyone sat down to a nice warm cup of tea together and indulged in the tasty treats they had won and had a great time reminiscing and laughing at the excitement from the days activities.

From our Homes to yours – we hope you all had a wonderful Easter – our residents certainly did!
