CIPD NI Award Success for the Macklin Group!

We were delighted to be winners for the third year running at the prestigious CIPD NI awards. The awards which celebrate the best in HR and people management across Northern Ireland saw us taking home two accolades on the night.
Taking place at Titanic Belfast, we were this year shortlisted for three categories including the brand new category Excellence in HR Leadership. We were delighted to be awarded winners of Excellence in HR Leadership and highly commended in HR Team of the Year.
The CIPD NI awards are becoming increasingly popular with applications from the previous year increasing by 41%. This high increase saw the awarding body introduce an interview stage, meaning all applicants went above and beyond to secure their winning titles.
Awarding us with the Excellence in HR Leadership accolade, hostess Jo Scott said “This organisations motto of caring with heart was evident throughout the application and interview process. They are a great example of HR and business transformation with the development of innovative HR solutions which are having a tremendous impact on the bottom line.”
When asked for a few words on the awards success, Managing Director of Macklin Group, Gareth Macklin commented: ““We are extremely proud to have received two CIPD NI awards in one night. The CIPD NI achievements maintain the award-winning streak for us, with recent attendance at the Staff Nursing Awards 2018 securing 10 accolades including Investment in Training, which cements the devotion of the our dedication to our staff.
