Charity Zipline across the River Lagan in aid of MS Society

Our staff take on the Zipline challenge over the River Lagan to raise money for the MS Society

On 19th August 2017, the team at Park Manor bravely took part in a Zipline across the skyline of Belfast City Centre in aid of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Even though a few team members had a fear of heights, they showed immense bravely and took the plunge to zip slide across the River Lagan.

It took place at the water’s edge on Oxford Street, beside the famous Big Fish landmark, close to the Waterfront Hall. The team raised a fantastic amount all in aid of the MS Society. The inspiration for the charitable event was Park Manor resident, Rose Mason, who came along on the day with her sister to cheer them along.

A great day was had by all, even those with a fear of heights had such an adrenaline rush they wanted to do it again!
